Therapy Services
At Wildflower Mental Health we offer individual therapy sessions for individuals 15 and up. We specialize in treating women who are high achievers and find that something feels off. Our areas of focus are body image, relationships with food or eating disorders, anxiety & burnout, and identity exploration.
Wildflower Mental Health may be a good fit if you are:
A woman seeking therapy that honors both mental health and lived body experience
Struggling with body image, disordered eating, or an eating disorder, or wanting support with your relationship with food
Feeling stuck in cycles of dieting, restriction, bingeing, or food guilt
Navigating low self-worth, perfectionism, or shame
Experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
Wanting to build body trust, food peace, and confidence
Looking for therapy that is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and body-respectful
Open to a collaborative process that values curiosity, compassion, and sustainable change
Interested in therapy that challenges diet culture and external pressures around appearance and productivity
Seeking a calm, supportive space to reconnect with yourself
What to expect in your first session
Your first session at Wildflower Mental Health is a chance to begin building a safe, supportive connection. There is no pressure to share everything or have clear goals right away. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
During this session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, while also discussing your background, current stressors, and any relevant history. We’ll review important logistics such as confidentiality, consent, and how therapy works, and you’ll have space to ask questions at any point.
Our approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. You are welcome to talk about food, body image, emotions, or anything else that feels important — or to simply share what feels most accessible that day. Many clients leave the first session feeling a sense of relief, though every experience is different.
Above all, your first session is about creating a foundation of trust and understanding. You don’t need to prepare or perform — just come as you are.
